What We Did For Spring Break.
I don’t know about you but it seems like every time we try to plan something, something happens that means plans have to be adjusted.
What was suppose to be 3 days and 2 nights turned into 2 days and 1 night in Oklahoma City.
Our first stop was at the Museum of Osteology.

In truth I didn’t figure I would enjoy going there. I’m not much in wanting to look at bones.

The display of flesh eatting beetles they have in the foyer of the museum is certainly not for one with a weak stomach. (My mother had the still camera and she didn’t take any of the beetles.)

Standing there watching them busy at work on the caracusses can be just a memorizing as a tank of fish swimming around.

It being Spring Break they had lots of activities for the kids, and there were even a few live animals that one could pet.

Next we went to the:
45th Infantry Division Museum
They close the Museum at 4:15pm and we got there at 3:30.

So we were speed walking around trying to see as much as we could before they close.

The outside part of the Museum we only saw what was around the Museum Building before we left.

Next we headed to the:
Oklahoma City Museum of Arts.
We spent around an hour and half looking at all the art that was on display on all three floors.
We stopped at Bedlam on NE. 5oth Street for dinner. Didn’t think about taking pictures until the food was gone.
Next we went to Lincoln Inn Express Hotel to stay the night arriving at 7:30pm.
The next day we went to:
Oklahoma City Zoo.

We got there a few minutes before 9am and was there until noon.

Next going to the:

Science Museum Oklahoma.
We were there from noon to 4pm.
The Cowboy hall of fame was on our to do list but my dauhgter past on it so she could spend more time in the Science Museum.
The Science Museum added a lot of stuff they didn’t have when I was a kid.
My daughter wants to go back to the Science Museum cause there was a lot of stuff she didn’t get to see.
We are planning to go back where we spend a whole day just at the Science Museum.
That is a wrap for:

What We Did For Spring Break.
